Bonz Beach Farms ships orders within the United States using a combination of USPS, UPS, and FedEx to provide the most efficient, cost-effective, and reliable delivery available for each order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Methods
We select the shipping carrier and service based on order size, destination, cost, and delivery reliability. This allows us to offer the safest and most economical shipping option without compromising delivery quality.
Shipping Rates
We currently charge a flat-fee of $9 to ship anywhere in the Lower 48 States (USA). All orders with a value of $100+ earn Free Shipping!
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout when available but are not guaranteed. Bonz Beach Farms is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email when available.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Bonz Beach Farms is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the carrier’s claims process where applicable.
Food Products Notice
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on shipped items. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
