100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within the applicable timeframe and choose one of the following:

  • A full refund

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

We believe customers should have the flexibility to choose the resolution that works best for them.

Timeframe for Refund Requests

  • Retail orders: Requests must be made within 90 days of delivery

  • Wholesale orders: Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

Food Products & Returns

Because our products are food items, returns are not required. If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet expectations, we ask that you contact us so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Seasonal & Weather-Related Issues

We understand that weather can affect food shipments. Refunds or replacements related to heat or seasonal conditions will only be issued if the issue occurred while the product was in transit.

We cannot cover situations where a delivered package is left unattended (such as being left outside in heat or freezing conditions) and subsequently becomes damaged or spoiled.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part or damage during transit.
